Khaleda Nader

We are honored to spotlight Khaleda, a 9 year old living with Beta Thalassemia Major and Iron Overload. Due to her diagnosis she receives frequent blood transfusions at Presbyterian Blume Pediatric Hematology & Oncology Clinic. We have enjoyed getting to know Khaleda and the staff would describe her as having a great sense of style, sweet personality, and a kind heart! One of her favorite activities to do at the Blume Clinic, is to watch princess movies. Khaleda has just started the 3rd grade and her favorite subject is studying the Bible. When she's not busy with school work, she looks forward to cheerleading and tubing on the lake! Her favorite color is pink and she loves eating hamburgers! When Khaleda grows up she wants to work as a missionary. Khaleda has enriched our lives and we can not wait to see what her future has in store for her!
